By purchasing membership and accessing Deer Network, you enter into a binding contract with Ambi Monk Monestary.
Your use constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
ELEMENTAL: $105,000 - 3 Core Accounts
CORE CONDUCTOR: $4,500,000 - 6 Core Accounts
EVOLUTIONARY: $22,000,000 - 9 Core Accounts
All sales are final. No refunds after account activation. Payment terms established during onboarding must be honored in full.
Members must fulfill minimum meeting commitments and participation standards for their tier. Failure to meet commitments may result in benefit reduction, tier demotion, or membership termination without refund.
Members gain access to collaborative ventures, joint projects, and cross-tier partnerships. All opportunities presented through the network may involve profit-sharing arrangements, equity positions, or revenue splits beyond base retainment percentages.
Higher tiers receive priority access to investment opportunities, business acquisitions, and strategic partnerships sourced through the network. Members may be invited to participate in syndicated deals, co-investment vehicles, or pooled venture funds.
Members may be required or invited to contribute resources, capital, expertise, or infrastructure to collective network initiatives. Participation terms will be negotiated separately but may impact individual retainment structures.
Each tier includes specified profit participation and e-commerce retainment percentages as contracted. These percentages apply to activities conducted directly through platform tools.
Additional revenue opportunities through network collaboration may involve negotiated splits differing from base retainment. Members acknowledge that deals facilitated through network connections may include finder's fees, referral commissions, or success fees paid to Ambi Monk Monestary or other network members.
As the network generates collective value through member interactions, platform growth, and ecosystem development, Ambi Monk Monestary reserves the right to modify retainment structures for new revenue streams not explicitly covered in original membership agreements.
All platform technology, encryption methods, security protocols, and software systems remain exclusive property of Ambi Monk Monestary. Members receive access licenses, not ownership.
Technologies, processes, methodologies, or intellectual property developed by members using network resources or through network collaborations may be subject to shared ownership or licensing agreements with Ambi Monk Monestary.
Members acknowledge exposure to proprietary business methods, strategic frameworks, and confidential processes. Unauthorized disclosure or competitive use of such information is prohibited and subject to legal action.
Ambi Monk Monestary collects comprehensive data on member activities, business performance, network interactions, and platform usage for analytical, operational, and strategic purposes.
Aggregated, anonymized member data may be used for research, market analysis, or sold to third parties. Individual member data remains confidential except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
Insights derived from collective member data may be used to create new services, identify market opportunities, or develop investment theses that benefit the network or Ambi Monk Monestary.
Members operating in similar industries acknowledge potential competitive conflicts. Ambi Monk Monestary is not responsible for managing competitive dynamics between members.
When multiple members compete for the same opportunity sourced through the network, Ambi Monk Monestary may prioritize based on tier level, commitment history, strategic value, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
Members may not circumvent the network to conduct direct business with contacts, partners, or opportunities introduced through Deer Network without honoring applicable referral or commission agreements.
Core Conductor and Evolutionary tiers receive enhanced system access and control features. Ambi Monk Monestary maintains ultimate administrative authority and may restrict access for security, operational, or strategic reasons.
Higher tier members may be invited to participate in advisory boards, strategic committees, or governance structures. Such participation does not create fiduciary duties or formal partnership relationships.
Ambi Monk Monestary may modify, upgrade, or discontinue platform features at any time. Members are not entitled to maintain access to specific features indefinitely.
Services, events, or opportunities beyond base membership may require additional fees, even for existing members.
Platform transactions, payment processing, or service delivery may incur additional fees not included in base membership pricing.
Members may be assessed additional contributions for collective network initiatives, infrastructure investments, or strategic opportunities requiring pooled capital.
Members represent they possess necessary qualifications, licenses, and legal standing to participate in business activities facilitated through the network.
Members represent they have financial capacity to fulfill membership obligations and participate in opportunities commensurate with their tier level.
Ambi Monk Monestary makes no representations regarding specific outcomes, returns on investment, business success, or financial results from network participation.
Members acknowledge that business ventures, investments, and collaborations involve substantial risk including total loss of capital.
Members acknowledge dependency on network functionality, member participation, and platform integrity for realizing membership value.
External market conditions, regulatory changes, technological disruption, or competitive dynamics may impact network value and member outcomes.
Ambi Monk Monestary's total liability for any claims shall not exceed membership fees paid.
Ambi Monk Monestary is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, business interruption, or opportunity costs.
Members indemnify and hold harmless Ambi Monk Monestary from claims arising from member conduct, business activities, network interactions, or violations of these terms.
Members may terminate membership after fulfilling minimum commitments, with no refund of fees paid. Exit does not relieve ongoing obligations for deals, partnerships, or agreements initiated during membership.
Ambi Monk Monestary may terminate membership for any reason with notice. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without notice.
Confidentiality, non-circumvention, and intellectual property provisions survive termination indefinitely.
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration. Members waive rights to jury trial or class action participation.
These terms are governed by [Jurisdiction TBD] law without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Prevailing party in disputes is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
Ambi Monk Monestary may modify these terms at any time with notice. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance. Material changes to pricing or core benefits will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding network operations, member identities, business strategies, financial structures, and proprietary methods. Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and legal action.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties. No oral modifications are valid. Any amendments require written agreement signed by authorized representatives.
Invalid provisions will be limited to minimum extent necessary to preserve remaining terms.
By proceeding with membership, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, including all financial obligations, risk disclosures, and limitations of liability.
