By accessing and using this platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These guidelines promote a respectful and inclusive environment. A minimum compliance of 75% with these rules is required to maintain good standing on the platform. Non-compliance beyond this threshold may result in actions including warnings, content removal, or account suspension.
75% Compliance Rule
All users must maintain at least 75% compliance with the platform’s core guidelines: advertising, lifestyle expression, and content creation.
- Advertising: Promotion of meat products is not allowed. Ensure at least 75% of your content follows this rule. Occasional, non-promotional references are acceptable.
- Lifestyle Expression: Express heterosexual lifestyles respectfully, ensuring at least 75% of output.
- Content Creation: Pornographic material is prohibited. At least 75% of your content should comply, with artistic, tasteful modeling encouraged.
1. Advertising and Promotion Guidelines
- No Direct Promotion of Meat Products: Users may not explicitly advertise or promote meat products. However, discussions that touch on dietary choices, including plant-based diets, are acceptable as long as they are respectful and non-aggressive in tone.
- Leniency Clause: Indirect references or general discussions involving meat (such as lifestyle discussions or personal experiences) are allowed if the primary intent is non-commercial.
- 75% Compliance Rule: Users must ensure that 75% or more of their shared content aligns with these guidelines. Occasional, respectful references to meat within non-promotional contexts will not be penalized, provided they don’t dominate the user’s overall activity.
2. Expression of Lifestyles
- Content Regarding Lifestyles: The platform supports expressions of traditional heterosexual lifestyles. However, we expect users to express their views in a manner that is considerate and non-aggressive toward others.
- Respectful Communication: While users are free to express lifestyle preferences, content that attacks, discriminates, or incites hatred towards any group based on their lifestyle will not be tolerated. Constructive and respectful discussions are encouraged.
- Leniency Clause: Discussions on various relationship or lifestyle choices should avoid inflammatory or degrading language. Users should make an effort to frame their views in a way that promotes understanding and dialogue.
- 75% Compliance Rule: Users must ensure that 75% or more of their content, if related to lifestyle expressions, remains respectful and adheres to these guidelines. Leniency will be applied in cases of mild, non-offensive expressions, but repeated violations will be addressed at the year review.
3. Content Creation Guidelines
- No Pornographic Content: This platform strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, or promotion of pornographic content. Users should ensure that their posts respect community standards.
- Modeling and Artistic Expression: Content related to modeling, fashion, or artistic work is encouraged. However, it must remain tasteful, respectful, and within the bounds of acceptable expression as outlined by platform guidelines.
- Leniency Clause: Non-explicit content that highlights artistic or fashion-related modeling is allowed, as long as it doesn’t cross the line into overly suggestive or inappropriate territory.
- 75% Compliance Rule: Users must ensure that 75% or more of their content adheres to the prohibition of pornographic material while engaging in modeling or artistic content. Leniency will be applied in cases of mild, non-offensive expressions, but repeated violations will be addressed.
Yearly Review Clause
To ensure ongoing compliance with the platform’s terms and conditions, all users will undergo a Yearly Review. This review assesses adherence to the platform’s guidelines over the previous 12-month period.
Key Points:
- Compliance Evaluation: Each user’s activity will be evaluated to determine compliance with the platform’s rules, including adherence to advertising, lifestyle expression, content creation, and general conduct guidelines. Users must demonstrate a minimum of 75% compliance with these terms.
- Leniency Consideration: The review will take into account the platform’s leniency clauses. Isolated or minor infractions that fall within tolerance limits (under the 25% non-compliance threshold) will not significantly affect the overall review, provided they do not represent a pattern of repeated offenses.
- Content and Interaction Analysis: The review will assess both the content posted and the user’s interactions with others, including comments, shared media, and any reported behavior. All aspects of the user’s contributions to the platform will be factored into the overall assessment.
- Notification and Feedback: Following the review, users will receive a notification summarizing their performance. Feedback will be provided, highlighting areas of compliance, as well as any areas needing improvement.
- Action for Non-Compliance: Users who fall below the 75% compliance threshold will receive a warning and may be subject to corrective measures, such as content restrictions or temporary account suspension. Continued non-compliance may result in permanent suspension from the platform.
- Opportunity for Appeal: If a user disagrees with the results of their yearly review, they may file an appeal. Appeals will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be communicated within 30 days of submission.
This yearly review process is in place to promote an accountable and constructive community, ensuring that all users contribute positively and responsibly to the platform.
